Islam is an Abrahamic Monotheistic religion. The word ‘Islam’ means submission to the ‘Will of God’. The core teachings of Islam were revealed to Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم for approximately 23 years beginning in 609 AD and concluding by God’s will in 632 AD. These revelations are recorded in ‘The Quran Majeed’. Currently there are 1.9 billion Muslims in the world and it is the fast growing religion in the East and the West.

This website is an attempt to expand understanding of the religious teachings of Islam by bringing together selected themes from the verses of Quran Majeed. It is an attempt to search, in the Holy Book, the various aspects of the ‘Will of God’ to truly appreciate Islam as a religion and a way of life. The selection of verses and their arrangement is meant to ignite thought as well as assimilate the believing adherent of the faith as well as the curious Non-Muslim.
