The Quran is a God’s message to humanity. It has a total of 6236 verses in 114 chapters; yet there are only fourteen places specified where we are obligated to stop recitation and actually bow down to prostrate. Not prostrating in these verses is considered a transgression. I ventured into this study to identify the significance of prostration in these 14 verses. The study was insightful and paved the path for my journey into other subjects of The Holy Book of God- The Quran Majeed.
